Dispatcher Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
20.00 to $ 23.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
First Shift ( Monday throughSaturday from 07:00am to03:30pm )
- Coordinate dispatch activities, updating schedules and communicating changes in real time.
- Plan and adjust routes to optimize timing, coverage, and service levels.
- Troubleshoot delivery/driver issues and escalate as needed to prevent service failures.
- Maintain compliance and safety expectations while monitoring daily performance metrics.
- Provide customer service support by answering questions and resolving concerns promptly.
Dispatcher Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills; comfortable coordinating with drivers, customers, and internal teams.
- Solid computer skills and ability to learn dispatch/transportation software quickly.
- Detail-oriented with strong time management in a high-volume, fast-changing environment.
- Proven problem-solving ability and calm decision-making under pressure.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality; able to work 1st shift (7:00 AM–3:30 PM), Monday–Friday.
- MUST BE ABLE TO WORK ALL 3 SHIFTS.
