Operations Coordinator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
20.00 to $ 25.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
First Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Build, process, and close work orders accurately in NetSuite.
- Manage inventory, freight, and bulk product orders to keep operations flowing.
- Maintain organized filing systems and Excel records for tracking and reporting.
- Support warehouse operations, including forklift use, handheld scanning, and work order prep.
- Handle calls and coordination between internal teams, vendors, and customers.
Operations Coordinator Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; additional coursework in business, logistics, or operations is a plus.
- Experience: 2+ years in operations coordination, production support, warehouse administration, or similar role.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in NetSuite or similar ERP systems and Microsoft Excel for tracking and reporting.
- Warehouse/Equipment: Forklift experience preferred; comfortable using handheld scanners and supporting warehouse tasks.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
