Part Time Front Desk Receptionist Details:
Temporary position- $
18.00 / hour Part Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:30am to12:30pm )
- Answer and direct incoming telephone calls, determine the purpose of calls, and forward them to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain a phone log of all calls and assist callers with general inquiries about the organization.
- Greet and welcome visitors, determine their business needs, and announce them to the appropriate personnel.
- Monitor visitor access by issuing temporary parking permits in accordance with established rules for authorized guests.
- Maintain radio contact with field personnel as needed.
Part Time Front Desk Receptionist Qualifications:
- Previous receptionist, front desk, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills (email, word processing, simple data entry)
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
