Production Machine Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
20.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughThursday from 05:00am to03:30pm )
- Operate, monitor, and tend molding machines, ensuring proper setup, output quality, and basic maintenance.
- Follow written and verbal instructions while performing repetitive production tasks with strong attention to detail.
- Handle, trim, and deburr parts using good hand–eye coordination
- Read blueprints and communicate effectively; bilingual Spanish skills are a plus.
Production Machine Operator Qualifications:
- Current resume with relevant machine?operation or manufacturing experience, required.
- Minimum 1 year of machine operation experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Ability to follow instructions, maintain quality standards, and work efficiently in a fast?paced setting.
- Strong manual dexterity and physical capability to lift 20–30 lbs, stand for long periods, and handle repetitive tasks.
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
