Production Scheduler
EXPERIENCED Production Scheduler needed to support daily manufacturing operations by planning, coordinating, and monitoring production schedules and material flow. This role works closely with plant management and production teams to ensure work orders, inventory, and timelines are aligned to meet production goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Production Scheduler Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
19.00 to $ 25.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to03:30pm )
- MUST have prior, verifiable production scheduling or manufacturing experience
- Prepare, release, and manage production schedules and work orders to ensure efficient workflow and on-time production
- Create, maintain, and update bills of material (BOMs), part numbers, and routing information
- Enter completed work orders and production data to track inventory levels, variances, and production progress
- Coordinate with plant management, supervisors, and floor personnel to align material flow and production priorities
- Monitor inventory and troubleshoot discrepancies related to materials, components, or finished goods
- Support new product setups, part changes, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Generate reports related to production scheduling, inventory, and workflow as needed
Production Scheduler Qualifications:
- Prior, verifiable experience in production scheduling, production planning, or a manufacturing office environment REQUIRED
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a production setting
- Computer proficiency required
- ERP/MRP experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
