The Batching Technician is responsible for accurately preparing, mixing, and documenting production batches in accordance with established formulas, procedures, and quality standards.

Batching Technician Details:
Contract to Hire position- $
19.00 to $ 20.00 / annually First Shift
- Prepare and batch raw materials according to approved formulas, batch records, and work instructions
- Accurately weigh, measure, and stage ingredients to ensure batch integrity and compliance
- Operate batching, mixing, and processing equipment safely and efficiently
- Complete batch records, logs, and documentation clearly and in real time
- Monitor batch quality, identify deviations, and report issues to leadership or quality teams
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), safety procedures, and sanitation standards
Batching Technician Qualifications:
- Previous experience in batching, mixing, compounding, or production operations preferred
- Background in pharmaceutical, food & beverage, chemical, or regulated manufacturing environments is a plus
- Strong math skills and ability to follow precise formulas and instructions
- Comfortable with detailed documentation and production records
- Ability to work independently while maintaining communication with the team
- Willingness to follow strict safety, quality, and sanitation protocols
