Telephone agent Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
11.00 to $ 13.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
Various shifts available ( Monday throughSunday from 08:00am to11:00pm )
- Answer high-volume inbound calls in a timely and professional manner
- Take accurate messages and relay them to clients via email, text, or software system
- Transfer calls according to client instructions
- Schedule appointments and update calendars
- Follow client-specific scripts and call handling procedures Handle emergency and after-hours calls appropriately
- Enter detailed call notes into computer system
- Maintain confidentiality of client and caller information
Telephone agent Qualifications:
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Clear and professional phone etiquette Fast and accurate typing skills
- Basic computer knowledge (CRM systems, email, scheduling software)
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
