We are seeking a skilled MIG Welder to join our 2nd shift production team. The ideal candidate will have experience welding steel components while maintaining quality and safety standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

2nd Shift Welder Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
23.75 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
Second Shift ( Monday throughSaturday from 04:00pm to02:30am )
- Perform MIG welding on metal parts and assemblies
- Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and work instructions
- Set up and adjust welding equipment as needed
- Inspect finished welds to ensure quality and accuracy
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Meet production goals while following safety procedures
2nd Shift Welder Qualifications:
- Previous MIG welding experience required
- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs plus
- Reliable attendance and ability to work 2nd shift
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
