HR Specialist 2 Details:
Contract position- $
35.00 / hour First Shift ( Monday throughFriday )
• HR Specialist works in HR (Human Resources) department and responsible for managing the U.S. benefits administration and employee life cycle (i.e., recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, and firing employees) and administering employee benefits.
• The main function of a HR Specialist is to plan, direct, and coordinate human resource management activities of an organization to maximize the strategic use of human resources and maintain functions.
• Assist in preparing and maintaining personnel records and handbooks.
HR Specialist 2 Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree is required to be eligible for this role and 2 overall years of experience in U.S. benefits administration
• Excellent organizational and time management skills and strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
• Experience with MS Office Suite experience, Payroll systems and good math skills
• Knowledge of benefit and pay-scale systems.
• Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
