We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Soldering / Small Parts Assembly Technician to join our production team. This position involves assembling small electronic or mechanical components, performing soldering work, and ensuring products meet quality standards. This is a hands-on role suited for someone who enjoys precision work and working with their hands.

Small Parts Assembly Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
15.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:30am to05:00pm )
- Perform hand soldering on small components and circuit boards
- Assemble small parts using hand tools and fixtures
- Follow work instructions, schematics, or assembly drawings
- Inspect finished assemblies for quality and accuracy
- Rework or repair assemblies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Meet production and quality standards
Small Parts Assembly Qualifications:
- Previous soldering experience (through-hole and/or surface mount preferred)
- Experience with small parts or electronic assembly
- Ability to read basic work instructions or drawings
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to use hand tools, soldering irons, and basic measuring tools
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
