Machine Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
21.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
Various shifts available ( Sunday throughSaturday from 06:00pm to06:00am )
- Operated and monitored injection molding machines to produce plastic packaging products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Performed machine start-ups, shut-downs, and routine adjustments to ensure consistent product quality
- Conducted quality inspections, measuring parts and identifying defects to meet production and safety standards
- Loaded raw materials, removed finished products, and maintained proper material flow
- Troubleshot minor machine issues and communicated mechanical concerns to maintenance and supervisors
Machine Operator Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Ged
- Previous experience operating injection molding or manufacturing equipment preferred
- Ability to monitor machine performance and make basic adjustments as needed
- Strong attention to detail for quality inspections and defect identification
- Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to required weight limits
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing environment
- Flexibility to work different shifts, overtime, or weekends as required
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
