Mid Level Pipe Inspector Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
21.00 to $ 24.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
First Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to05:00pm )
- Perform visual and dimensional inspections of piping systems to verify compliance with codes, standards, and project specifications.
- Utilize NDT methods (such as UT, MT, PT, or RT) to assess pipe integrity and identify defects.
- Document inspection findings, prepare detailed reports, and communicate results to supervisors or project managers.
- Monitor welding, fabrication, and installation activities to ensure quality control throughout project phases.
- Verify proper materials, heat numbers, and traceability as part of QA/QC documentation.
Mid Level Pipe Inspector Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 1+ years of inspection.
- Proficient with precision measurement tools.
- Strong documentation, analytical, and communication skills; detail-driven with a quality mindset.
- Ability to work in a yard/shop environment and lift up to 50 lbs as needed; standing/walking for extended periods.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Applicant may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Report
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
