Industrial Maintenance Technician Details:

• Direct Hire position
• $61,880.00 to $78,520.00 /annually
• Third Shift (Monday through Friday from 11:00pm to 07:00am)

3rd Shift Industrial Maintenance Technician

• Follows safe practices at all times
• Presents alternative solutions for repairing equipment to minimize downtime
• Disassembles mechanical components of a machine in order to clean and lubricate points of friction to prevent breakdowns.
• Tracks common downtime events in order to begin predictive maintenance on equipment and replace components prior to failure.
• Identifies visual cues relating to wear and corrects problems
• Responsible for all electrical and electronic PM activities.
• Troubleshoot and properly diagnose mechanical failures using the following tools and processes:
• Diagrams
• Basic ladder logic
• Skilled use of tools such as welding, machining and common hand and electrical tools
• Sets up various machines and work cells as specified by engineering, work orders and blueprints based on requests.
• Installs special functional and structural parts in devises.
• Maintains inventory of repair parts for routine repairs and suggests items that should be in stock.
