Receptionist (Bilingual) Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
17.00 to $ 20.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to04:00pm )
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls
- Schedule and coordinate appointments
- Organize and maintain documentation for invoicing and records
Receptionist (Bilingual) Qualifications:
- Must have clear, professional verbal and written communication, friendly, welcoming demeanor and strong customer service skills.
- Time management and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience with scheduling, calendars, and appointment coordination
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is required
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
