Bilingual Production Lead Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
23.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughThursday from 06:00am to06:30pm )
- Oversees all production functions
- Monitors product quality issues and coordinates appropriate actions to ensure out-of-specification conditions are corrected and contained
- Monitors plant sanitation processes to ensure that the production equipment and environment meet required food processing standards
Bilingual Production Lead Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of lead/supervisor experience in a production setting
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
- Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate production staff in a fast paced environment
- Strong understanding of production workflows, schedules, and quality standards
- Strong problem solving and decision making skills on the production floor
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
