Call Center Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
16.00 / hour Part Time work available- Weekend work required
Second Shift ( Monday throughThursday from 05:00pm to09:00pm )
- Conduct outbound calls to administer confidential public health surveys
- Accurately collect and record survey responses using a computer system
- Communicate professionally and clearly with diverse populations in English and Spanish
- Follow CDC and state guidelines to ensure data integrity and confidentiality
- Participate in training, practice calls, and ongoing quality improvement
Call Center Qualifications:
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
- Comfortable making outbound phone calls and speaking with the public
- Basic computer skills and ability to accurately enter data
- Reliable attendance and ability to commit to the required schedule, including mandatory Saturdays
- Ability to pass required background screening, if applicable
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
