Down Stream Tech's Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
19.55 / hour Full Time work availableThird Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 10:00pm to06:30am )
- Perform visual inspections, labeling, and packaging of finished plastic pipe products according to quality standards
- File, trim, and prepare plastic pipe to ensure proper fit and assembly for irrigation system use
- Monitor production output and follow standard operating procedures to ensure efficiency and accurate order fulfillment
- Assist with line start-ups, shutdowns, tooling changes, and downstream equipment setup
- Perform general labor duties including material handling, moving product, and supporting production needs
- Learn product specifications and packaging requirements through hands-on training and team support
Down Stream Tech's Qualifications:
- Ability to work a 12-hour night shift schedule, including weekends as needed
- Previous manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety and quality procedures
- Reliable attendance and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
