Payroll & Benefits HR Generalist Details:
Direct Hire position- $
55,000.00 to $ 60,000.00 / annually Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Manage full?cycle payroll independently, ensuring accuracy and compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws.
- Oversee payroll tax administration, reporting, deductions, garnishments, and year?end processes.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollments, terminations, and open enrollment.
- Maintain employee records and support HR functions such as onboarding, offboarding, and general HR administration as needed.
- Serve as the primary resource for employee payroll and benefits questions, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Payroll & Benefits HR Generalist Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of full?cycle payroll experience, including payroll tax administration and compliance.
- Benefits administration experience with enrollments, terminations, deductions, and vendor communication.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred (not required).
- Strong accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail, with solid problem?solving skills.
- HR Generalist experience preferred, including onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining employee records.
