Payroll & Benefits HR Generalist Details:
Direct Hire position- $
55,000.00 to $ 60,000.00 / annually Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Administer and process employee payroll accurately and confidentially.
- Manage employee benefits programs, including enrollments, changes, and annual renewals.
- Serve as the primary contact for payroll and benefits questions from employees.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation in compliance with company policies.
- Assist with onboarding and general HR support as needed
Payroll & Benefits HR Generalist Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in payroll and benefits administration.
- Familiarity with HRIS or payroll systems and reporting tools.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and confidentiality. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Accounting, or related field preferred.
