- Proactively contact customers with past-due accounts via phone, email, or mail in a respectful and professional manner
- Provide excellent customer service while helping clients understand their account status and available payment options
- Collaborate with internal departments (billing, sales, customer support) to resolve account discrepancies and ensure accurate information
- Negotiate payment plans and follow up on commitments to ensure timely resolution

Collections/Accounting Clerk (Bilingual) Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
19.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Monitoring accounts receivable
- Documenting all collection efforts
- Generating reports, and handling customer service aspects of unpaid balances
Collections/Accounting Clerk (Bilingual) Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in collections, billing
- Bilingual (English and Spanish)
- Customer service, or a related field
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- Empathetic and patient approach to difficult conversations
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet performance goals
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
