Plastic Molding Machine Operator
We are seeking experienced Machine Operators to support one of our clients in the Nazareth, PA area. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with injection molding, plastic molding, and extrusion processes, along with strong troubleshooting skills to ensure efficient and high-quality production.

Plastic Molding Machine Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
23.00 to $ 27.00 / hour Full Time work availableVarious shifts available ( Monday throughFriday )
- Operate and monitor injection molding, plastic molding, and extrusion machines
- Troubleshoot machine issues to minimize downtime and maintain production efficiency
- Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
- Make machine adjustments as needed to maintain optimal performance
- Follow safety, quality, and production standards Document production data and report issues to supervisors
Plastic Molding Machine Operator Qualifications:
- Previous machine operator experience in a plastics manufacturing environment
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Experience with injection molding, plastic molding, and extrusion
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
