Accounts Receivable Specialist Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
17.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughThursday from 07:00am to05:00pm )
- Generate and send customer invoices promptly and accurately \
- Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts
- Contact clients via phone, email, or mail regarding overdue accounts
- Process and post incoming payments with precision
- Assist when needed with payroll
- Pay increase within 3-5 months
- Shift: M-Thursday and every other Friday
Accounts Receivable Specialist Qualifications:
- Proven experience in accounts receivable or similar role
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
