Welder Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
20.00 to $ 24.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughThursday from 05:00am to03:30pm )
- Work as part of a team to meet production goals
- Read blueprints, drawings, and measurements to plan layout and procedures
- Select appropriate welding equipment, settings, and methods
- Set up and align components using fixtures, tape measures, levels, speed squares, and clamps
- Prepare parts using angle grinders and other tools
- Weld components using manual or semi-automatic equipment in multiple positions (vertical, horizontal, overhead)
- Assemble and prepare trailers by welding components and filling gaps
- Follow safety, quality, and production standards
Welder Qualifications:
- Welding experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately
- Knowledge of production processes and quality control is a plus
- Ability to lift, push, and pull 50–70 lbs consistently
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
