Accounts Payable Specialist Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
15.00 to $ 18.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Recording, analyzing, and reporting financial transactions
- ensuring accuracy and compliance with laws (like GAAP/IFRS) for individuals or businesses
- covering tasks like bookkeeping, budgeting, tax prep, auditing, and providing strategic financial
- advice to management for profitability and efficiency, with roles varying from tax to forensic accounting
Accounts Payable Specialist Qualifications:
- Competency with QuickBooks, Xero, Zoho Books and other accounting tools
- Basic data entry skills
- Comfortable with math and calculations
- Good listening and communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ag Experience is a plus!
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
