General Labor Details:
Temporary position- $
17.50 to $ 18.70 / hour Full Time work availableVarious shifts available
Bottling Project Associate Project
Duration: 3 Weeks (with opportunity for long?term placement as Machine Operator based on performance)
Shift Schedule: Rotating 12?hour shifts
- Day Shift: 6:15 AM – 6:30 PM
- Night Shift: 6:15 PM – 6:30 AM (includes $1.20/hr shift differential)
- Orientation: 7:45 AM for both shifts; all associates will complete one full day on 1st shift for training
- The Bottling Project Associate supports daily operations within a high?volume plastic bottle manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for inspecting, packing, and handling finished products, resolving minor machine issues such as jams, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Associates must be dependable, safety?conscious, and able to work effectively in a fast?paced warehouse setting.
- Growth Opportunities Associates who demonstrate strong attendance, reliability, and performance may be offered long?term opportunities, including advancement into Machine Operator roles upon successful completion of the 3?week project.
General Labor Qualifications:
- Ability to stand for the duration of a 12?hour shift.
- Ability to lift up to 30–50 lbs as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to work in a fast?paced manufacturing environment.
