1st shift coordinator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
16.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
First Shift ( Sunday throughSaturday from 04:00am to03:30pm )
- Lead and support warehouse associates during your shift
- Assign daily work and help keep production on track
- Step in and work alongside the team as needed (picking, packing, shipping, receiving)
- Make sure safety rules and company procedures are followed
- Help train new hires and answer floor-level questions
- Track attendance, breaks, and coverage during the shift
- Communicate issues, delays, or equipment problems to supervisors
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
1st shift coordinator Qualifications:
- Prior warehouse or distribution experience required
- Previous lead, coordinator, or team trainer experience preferred
- Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
- Ability to communicate clearly and lead by example
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physical environment Basic computer or scanner experience a plus
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to [weight requirement]
