Blanchard Grinder -2nd Shift Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
26.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 01:30pm to10:00am )
- Operate Blanchard grinders, performing standard setups, adjustments, and basic troubleshooting with minimal supervision.
- Produce high-quality parts per print specifications; perform first-piece inspections and maintain quality standards.
- Adjust tooling and machine components, including sharpening tools on surface or pedestal grinders
- Work with various materials including aluminum, steel, and titanium.
- Run multiple machines as needed while meeting efficiency, productivity, and safety standards
Blanchard Grinder -2nd Shift Qualifications:
- Previous experience operating Blanchard grinders or similar surface grinding machines (3 Years)
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and part specifications
- Experience working with aluminum, steel, and titanium materials
- Knowledge of basic measuring tools and first-piece inspection processes
- Open to train in the morning shift.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
