Description
Bilingual Customer Support Specialist
Bilingual Korean/ English Customer Support Specialist to support customers in the U.S. and Canadian markets. This role involves handling customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email while processing orders, assisting with accounts, and promoting products and programs. You MUST live within commuting distance (one hour) of Spanish Fork or Lehi, UT, as occasional in-person meetings or training may be required.

Bilingual Customer Support Specialist Details:
Temporary position- $
21.00 to $ 23.00 / hour Full Time and Part Time work availableVarious shifts available ( Monday throughFriday )
- Handle customer interactions via phone, chat, and email
- Process orders, new member applications, renewals, and returns
- Upsell products and promotions on every call
- Answer questions about compensation plans, products, and business programs
- Assist with order tracking, returns, and event registrations
- Maintain productivity and high-quality customer service standards
- Use all customer support systems accurately and efficiently
- Document customer interactions clearly and correctly
- Meet performance and phone monitoring expectations
- Perform other duties as assigned
Bilingual Customer Support Specialist Qualifications:
- MUST live within one hour of Spanish Fork or Lehi, Utah
- English/Korean bilingual skills REQUIRED Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Typing speed of at least 30 WPM
- Ten-key proficiency
- Basic math skills
- Experience in order entry, direct sales, or call center work
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to handle a high volume of customer inquiries
- Friendly, positive, and professional demeanor
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
