Process Engineer Details:
Direct Hire position- $
36.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to03:30pm )
- Analyze current manufacturing processes and identify opportunities for efficiency, quality, and cost improvements
- Develop, document, and implement standardized work instructions and process flows
- Support production of insulated panels, refrigeration components, and modular systems
- Optimize material usage, labor efficiency, and cycle times
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives
- Troubleshoot production issues related to equipment, materials, or workflow
- Collaborate with engineering, production, quality, and maintenance teams
- Assist with new product introductions and process validations
- Monitor KPIs such as scrap, downtime, yield, and throughput
- Ensure processes comply with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
- Provide technical support and training to production staff as needed
Process Engineer Qualifications:
- Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related field) required
- 2–5+ years of process engineering experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and production flow
- Experience with continuous improvement methodologies
- Proficiency with data analysis, documentation, and reporting
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
