Financial Account Manager
Lead financial strategy, reporting, and analysis while partnering with leadership to drive business performance and growth.

Financial Account Manager Details:
Direct Hire position- $
65,000.00 to $ 90,000.00 / annually First Shift
- Manage financial reporting, analysis, and budgeting processes to support business performance
- Partner with leadership to monitor KPIs, gross margin trends, and cost performance
- Support month-end close, compliance, risk management, and ERP system updates
- Develop ad-hoc financial reports and analytics to identify trends and opportunities
- Assist with department operations, problem solving, and external partner interactions
Financial Account Manager Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
- Strong experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting within a business environment
- Proficiency with ERP systems and advanced Excel or financial analytics tools
- Ability to communicate financial insights clearly to leadership and cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and process improvement skills
