Burn table Operators Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
17.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
Second Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 03:00pm to11:30pm )
- Set up, calibrate, and operate CNC burn tables (plasma or oxy-fuel).
- Load and unload heavy metal plates using overhead cranes or forklifts.
- Interpret blueprints, drawings, and CAD/CAM files to program cutting paths.
- Inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality, ensuring they meet specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance on machines, including cleaning the table and replacing torch consumables.
- Adhere to safety protocols when handling hazardous materials and operating high-temperature equipment
Burn table Operators Qualifications:
- Proficiency with CNC software, plasma/oxy-fuel cutting processes, and blueprint reading.
- Ability to troubleshoot and maintain machines.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift materials.
- Familiarity with tools like grinders, torches, and measuring instruments.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
