Laser Operator – Day Shift Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughThursday from 06:00am to04:00pm )
- Set up, operate, and monitor Trumpf CNC laser programs for daily production.
- Safely and efficiently operate the laser according to machine specifications.
- Read and follow blueprints, work orders, tolerances, and tooling instructions accurately.
- Troubleshoot, adjust, or align equipment when necessary to maintain quality and machine performance.
- Inspect cut parts for burrs, defects, dimensional accuracy, and cut quality.
- Maintain a clean, organized workstation and follow all safety procedures at all times.
- Communicate effectively with team members regarding material flow, equipment issues, and production status.
- Complete paperwork, labeling, part counts, and production documentation accurately.
Laser Operator – Day Shift Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Must be able to speak, read, and understand English to ensure safety and accurate interpretation of instructions
- Previous laser operator experience preferred but not required for fast learners.
- Ability to read blueprints and use measurement tools (calipers, tape measures).
- Strong attention to detail, good time management, and ability to multitask.
- Dependable, self?motivated, and team?oriented work style.
- Ability to lift materials and work on your feet throughout the shift.
