Finishing Department Associate Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
17.55 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughThursday from 06:00am to04:30pm )
- Perform assembly tasks using drills, rivet guns, hand tools, and computer?retrieved specs.
- Apply powder coating and ensure consistent finish quality on parts moving through the line.
- Load and unload parts, using computer programming to track locations and priorities.
- Inspect, label, complete paperwork, and package finished components.
- Cross?train across multiple finishing functions to support team workflow.
Finishing Department Associate Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
- Comfortable using hand tools and learning new production equipment.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
- Reliable attendance and strong teamwork habits.
- Must be fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Willingness to cross-train and perform various duties as assigned.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
