Assembler/Wiring harnesses
Manufacturing Assembler with experience in electrical wiring and enclosure assembly to support our enclosure production line. This role focuses on wiring harnesses, backplates, and panels, with a strong emphasis on quality, accuracy, and low defect rates. The ideal candidate is reliable, punctual, and experienced working with UL-listed enclosures in a manufacturing environment.

Assembler/Wiring harnesses Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
19.00 to $ 22.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to03:30pm )
- Wire electrical harnesses, backplates, and control panels per documentation and wiring diagrams
- Perform basic electrical assembly tasks including cutting, stripping, and terminating wires
- Crimp connectors and perform basic soldering
- Assemble components inside UL-rated enclosures in accordance with work instructions and quality standards
- Read and follow wiring diagrams, schematics, and build documentation · Inspect own work to ensure high quality and low defect rates
Assembler/Wiring harnesses Qualifications:
- Prior experience wiring harnesses, panels, or backplates in a manufacturing environment
- Experience working with UL-listed enclosures (preferred)
- Basic soldering and crimping experience
- Ability to read and understand wiring diagrams and work instructions
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and low defect rates
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to sit, stand, use hand tools, repetitive motion
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
