Inventory Control Specialist with forklift Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 to $ 20.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- The Inventory Control Specialist will be responsible for receiving materials in and checking against the BOL to make sure materials are correct and within in the AISC and QMS Standards.
- ensuring inventory cycle counts are completed efficiently and accurately.
- Track, count, and maintain accurate inventory records
- Perform data entry using inventory or warehouse management systems
- Receive, label, and organize incoming materials
- Load and unload steel materials safely Operate forklift (sit-down or stand-up, as applicable)
- Conduct cycle counts and assist with audits Communicate inventory discrepancies to supervisors
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
Inventory Control Specialist with forklift Qualifications:
- Previous inventory control or warehouse experience preferred
- Strong data entry and basic computer skills
- Forklift experience required (certification a plus)
- Experience handling steel or heavy materials
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Attention to detail and accuracy Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
