Mail Clerk Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
15.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, packages, and interoffice correspondence.
- Prepare and process outgoing mail, including weighing, labeling, and posting items.
- Maintain records of registered, certified, and express mail.
- Operate mailroom equipment such as postage meters, scanners, copiers, and folding machines.
Mail Clerk Qualifications:
- Previous mailroom, clerical, warehouse, or production experience
- Familiarity with postage meters, scanners, or mail-processing equipment
- Experience working in a fast-paced or high-volume environment
- Basic knowledge of shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx)
- Ability to meet daily production or accuracy goals
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
