Receiving & Stocking Clerk Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
15.30 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 06:00am to02:30pm )
- Counts, measures, or weighs articles to verify contents of shipments against bills of lading, packing slips, or storage receipts. Compiles and maintains records of quantity and types of material in stockroom.
Receiving & Stocking Clerk Qualifications:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES include the following.
• Regular attendance and presence at work as scheduled.
• Ability to work an 8-hour day, 5-day week, depending on assigned department schedule.
• Offloads and loads incoming/outgoing trailers
• Receive incoming aluminum ingot.
• Receive miscellaneous incoming materials.
• Deliver various materials to proper locations. • Utilize computerized stock control system.
• Pick-up various materials outside of plant.
• Monitor and maintain inventory on specified items.
• Counts material, equipment, merchandise or supplies in stock and posts totals to inventory records.
• Compares inventories to office records or computer records to figure and obtain current inventory.
• Stocks and issues materials or merchandise.
• Previous Forklift experience required
• Ability to read, write and speak English
