Construction Project Manager Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
50.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
First Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and project teams
- Conduct site inspections for progress, quality, and safety
- Ensure compliance with codes, safety regulations, and company policies
- Maintain project documentation and reports
- Resolve issues and delays promptly
Construction Project Manager Qualifications:
- Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Proficiency with project management software
- Construction-related degree or certifications preferred (PMP, CCM, OSHA training)
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
