Skilled Carpenter Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
35.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
First Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Assess damaged structures and determine repair vs. replacement needs
- Rebuild and repair framing, walls, and other structural elements
- Match materials and finishes to original construction
- Collaborate with restoration specialists, project managers, and insurance adjusters
- Use moisture meters, dehumidifiers, and other restoration equipment safely
Skilled Carpenter Qualifications:
- Proven carpentry experience, preferably in restoration or construction
- Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and repair schematics
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and specialized restoration equipment
- Physically capable of lifting heavy materials and standing for long periods
- Knowledge of building codes, safety standards, and restoration practices
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
