Construction Bookkeeper Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
35.00 to $ 50.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Minimum 5 years of bookkeeping/accounting experience, preferably in construction
- Hands-on experience with construction-specific financial tasks: job costing, progress billing, retainage, and subcontractor management
- Familiarity with certified payroll and prevailing wage requirements
Construction Bookkeeper Qualifications:
- References required
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage 100/300, Viewpoint, or similar)
- Strong Excel skills for reporting, formulas, and reconciliations
- Understanding of accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
