Maintenance Supervisor
Ensures optimal equipment performance through scheduled preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and corrective actions. Oversees hardware and system upgrades, implements reliability-centered maintenance strategies, and applies root cause analysis to mitigate failures and minimize operational downtime.

Maintenance Supervisor Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
22.00 to $ 25.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
First Shift ( Monday throughFriday )
- Coordinate and assign maintenance projects.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Conduct regular inspections.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, inspections, inventory, etc.
- Experience with approved repair and installation techniques for various maintenance procedures, including best practices for HVAC, plumbing, carpentry and electrical work
Maintenance Supervisor Qualifications:
- Minimum of five years of job-related experience.
- Experience in building maintenance, facility management or skilled trades, This may include past roles such as Maintenance Technician, Facilities Coordinator or Lead Hand, along with demonstrated ability to guide tasks, coordinate schedules or support a team.
- Boiler and cooling tower experience is a plus
- Technical repairs such as plumbing, hydraulics, pneumatics, and light electrical.
- Hands-on experience in diagnosing and resolving a wide range of maintenance issues is essential. This can include routine fixes like tightening hardware or adjusting door alignment as well as more.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
