We are seeking a reliable Fence Installer to join a growing team. This role involves installing, repairing, and maintaining fencing systems for residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate is hands-on, dependable, and comfortable working outdoors.

Fence Installer/Laborer Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:30am to04:00pm )
- Install wood, vinyl, chain-link, and ornamental fencing per project specifications
- Measure, dig post holes, set posts, and ensure proper alignment and stability
- Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment
- Follow safety procedures and job site guidelines at all times
- Communicate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule
Fence Installer/Laborer Qualifications:
- Previous construction, fencing, or general labor experience preferred
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and perform repetitive manual tasks
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn
- Valid Driver's license is required
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Applicant may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Report
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
