Forklift Operator
Responsible for safely operating forklifts to transport, load, and stage materials throughout the facility while ensuring accuracy through precise measurement and verification of materials. Forklift Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
17.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 06:00am to06:00pm )
- Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely and efficiently Load, unload, move, and stack materials according to production and shipping requirements
- Measure materials using a measuring tape to verify dimensions, quantities, and specifications Inspect materials for damage, accuracy, and compliance with work orders
- Accurately record measurements and inventory movements Follow all OSHA, safety, and company procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area Communicate effectively with warehouse, production, and shipping teams
Forklift Operator Qualifications:
- Forklift certification or prior forklift operating experience
- Ability to accurately read and use a measuring tape
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills
- Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
- Dependable, safety-conscious, and team-oriented
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
