Scheduling Coordinator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
22.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to04:00pm )
- Create, maintain and adjust delivery and installation schedules
- Coordinate site mobilizations with installers & subcontractors
- Communication & Coordination with installers & subcontractors
- Ensure jobs are on schedule
- Other duties as assigned
Scheduling Coordinator Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in scheduling, coordination, project administration or construction-related roles
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite; especially Word & Excel
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
