1st Shift CNC Mill Set UP Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
20.00 to $ 30.00 / hour Full Time work availableVarious shifts available
- Operates CNC Mill equipment to fabricate parts.
- Loads parts in machine, cycles machine, detects malfunction in the machine operations such as worn or damaged cutting tools
- Compute unspecified dimensions and machine settings, using knowledge of metal properties, shop mathematics, and CAD/CAM systems
1st Shift CNC Mill Set UP Qualifications:
- Uses blueprints and other measuring devices to ensure the proper dimensions and tolerance levels of the finished product
- Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, and other techniques for maximizing manufacturing effectiveness
- Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair and maintenance
- Minimum of 2 years’ recent experience in Mill Operator in an orthopedic environment
- Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and be able to learn specialty programs required.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
