Office Assistant Details:
Temporary position- $
17.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support daily administrative operations within a fast-paced sign manufacturing environment. This role assists with paperwork, communication, scheduling, and general office organization to help ensure projects move smoothly from design to installation.
Office Assistant Qualifications:
• High school diploma
• Previous administrative or office experience is a plus
• Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, data entry)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail
• Must pass required background check and any applicable pre-employment screenings
