Office Administrator with HR Duties Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
22.00 / hour Part Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to12:05pm )
Support daily office operations, including phones, visitors, scheduling, and general administrative tasks Assist with HR functions such as employee onboarding, payroll processing, benefits support, and workers’ compensation Maintain organized front office and breakroom areas, ensuring supplies are stocked and orderly Provide clerical support including data entry, filing, scanning, and document management Help coordinate employee events, training sessions, audits, and internal projects as needed
Office Administrator with HR Duties Qualifications:
- Minimum of one (1) year of administrative or office support experience, preferably with HR-related duties
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional, customer-focused approach Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office systems
- Ability to handle confidential employee information with discretion and professionalism
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
