IT Support Tech
We are seeking a Help Desk Technician, or Support Technician, that assists employees with any issues involving their computer hardware, communications software, or computer applications in Yreka, California!

IT Support Tech Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
25.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to03:30pm )
- Provide intermediate to advanced support for end-user devices, software, hardware, and network services
- Troubleshoot and resolve escalated Tier 1 issues, identifying root causes and implementing fixes
- Perform system maintenance, including updates, imaging, configuration changes, and device deployments
- Support IT projects, testing, and technology rollouts; document results and system changes
- Maintain detailed documentation and escalate complex issues to senior IT staff when needed
IT Support Tech Qualifications:
- Any combination of education and training, equivalent to an AA degree in Business Administration preferred
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1-2 years of experience in technical support or IT operations.
- Strong understanding of Windows/Mac OS, basic networking, and common enterprise applications.
- Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, printers, and peripheral devices
- Industry certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, etc.) preferred.
- Reliable transportation and willing to commute to Yreka
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
