Sandblaster Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
15.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:30am to04:00pm )
- Operate and industrial sandblast machine to remove paint, rust, corrosion, etc. from various forms of metal, to prepare them for painting.
- Responsible for shoveling or pouring sand, grit, or other abrasive material into the machine.
- Hook up and disconnect air compressors and sandblast equipment.
- Monitor and maintaining an adequate supply of the abrasive in the hopper.
- Regulate pressure and composition of abrasive mixture flowing through the nozzle.
- Communicate with team members when jobs are complete and ready for the next step.
Sandblaster Qualifications:
- Must have two years of sandblasting experience.
- Must be able to work 10 hour shifts.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
