Regional Service Coordinator Details:

  • Temporary position
  • $25.00 /hour
  • Full Time work available
  • First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:30am to 04:00pm)
  • Coordinate and support service contractors across the region, including hiring, training, and performance monitoring.
  • Provide guidance and hands-on support for electrical and plumbing systems, ensuring work meets company standards.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to internal teams and clients, addressing questions, emergencies, and troubleshooting needs.
  • Maintain service records, order supplies, and track contractor invoices to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist the Service Manager with process improvements, team updates, and on-call support as needed.
  • Resumes based position.  

Regional Service Coordinator Qualifications:

  • Proven experience or hands-on knowledge in electrical and plumbing systems, with the ability to troubleshoot and assist in installations or repairs.
  • Demonstrated experience providing exceptional customer service, including handling inquiries, resolving issues, and supporting clients professionally.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook) to manage records, invoices, and communications efficiently.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills to manage contractor schedules, track work, and coordinate with internal teams.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in service coordination, technical support, or facilities management is preferred.
