2nd CNC Shift Lead
We’re seeking a proven CNC professional with hands-on machining and team lead experience to run a shift, support operators, and keep production on track. $20-30/hour.

2nd CNC Shift Lead Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
25.00 to $ 30.00 / hour Full Time work availableSecond Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 02:00am to10:30pm )
- Lead and support CNC operators during assigned shift
- Oversee production flow, quality, and safety
- Assist with setups, troubleshooting, and minor program edits
- Perform and verify first-piece and in-process inspections
- Train operators and communicate issues to management
2nd CNC Shift Lead Qualifications:
- CNC machining experience required
- Prior team lead or supervisory experience required
- Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools
- Strong communication, reliability, and leadership skills
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
